I spoke with two live agents who provided me with a link that seemed like it was to verify my identity but apparently it’s a third party they use so you can update either your email or phone number. All it did was verify my identity using my govt issued id card and a selfie. Now I have to wait 24 hours to continue playing when I was in the middle of a bonus and the app continuously kept glitching and kicking me out. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and my phone number needed to be updated so I could login successfully. Not only is this EXTREMELY GLITCHY ON IPHONES, but customer service gives you little to no help. It almost feels like you are conversing with an AI bot solely. I’ve had the exact same issue on other apps and changing my phone number was completed the actual live agent I was chatting with after verifying my identity by asking a few questions. I’m disappointed because I really enjoy Caesar’s online casino as well as the actual casino located in Atlantic City. I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect and even given top tier treatment when I’m just a normal guy. I feel like something could be done to expedite certain things especially with supposed live agents on the chat. If they’re AI bots then just be honest, but if they’re humans please help us paying customers out with simple request like updating a phone number. I’ve won a few times on this gaming platform and they usually have a good selection of games to choose from and I love the free bonus game you can play once a day and win prizes from. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get a live agent on the line or, in the “live chat” to help with anything. It’s so frustrating , I also don’t care for how difficult they make it to track your spending habits. Makes me feel like they care more about themselves and lining their pockets than they do about the people using their platform and the negative effects it have on some. Literally though, like if I don’t have the extra time to keep my phone screen opened to the “live chat” section waiting for an agent to show up randomly sometimes 20-30 minutes later. I use the deposit bonuses all the time and after the wagering requirements for your winnings sometimes I still have money left and sometimes not. The wagering requirements are high but not outrageous, but with the $5,000 jackpot their wagering requirements are 15 times the jackpot amount ensuring you never see any of it. In order to actually keep any of that bonus they require you to wager $75,000 and if you have anything left it’s yours. Come on: that’s not going to happen and they make sure of it. It’s a very deceptive promotion. Other than that I’ve been happy using the app, but this really puts a bad taste in my mouth for this app. I still use the app, but their promotions are meaningless to me. I now play multiple other apps more than this one. Do better Ceasars. For lack of a better term; it’s just plain stupid and deceitful.
