The best taxi option in Hanoi because it’s all electric. Their call support center is excellent with outstanding customer service. Their app is improving, and I hope to see an automated translation feature in the chat with drivers, as well as English translations of the notifications sent by the app. The most important need is the ability to accept credit cards issued outside Vietnam - Grab is able to accept these cards, so I hope this app can do the same soon.

Drivers shouldn’t be able to cancel after accepting the drive. I’ve had multiple drivers confirm and then cancel within minutes for no reason.
Unexplained Spending Rollback and Poor Data Transparency

The GreenSM / VinClub integration shows serious transparency and data consistency issues. Over 1 million VND in valid spending was suddenly removed from my ranking without notice or a clear technical explanation, despite GreenSM explicitly using VinClub VPoints.The support response only restated general membership rules and did not address the actual problem: why legitimate, recorded spending disappeared. Redirecting users between multiple support channels within the same ecosystem reflects poor system integration and accountability.For a large platform, silent data rollbacks without audit visibility or correction mechanisms indicate a weak and unreliable ranking system.Use Grab if you want to use the membership reward system, its reliable, accurate and VIP status comes with real benefits.

Xanh SM has all the data needed to provide accurate pickup ETAs—they track driver locations in real time and display estimates to customers. Yet the estimates remain consistently unreliable.Tonight: a 5-minute estimate became 30 minutes. For the final 12 minutes of that wait, the app showed “1 minute.”This isn’t a one-off. In my experience, Xanh is the least accurate mobility app in Vietnam for ETAs. Other apps have solved this. The question isn’t whether Xanh can fix it—it’s why they haven’t.
