This app is a 10 if I could take photos on the app. Very hard as a manager to have action plans without the ability to take photos in app!
– Line items marked Not Applicable or Not Observed can now record a reason selected from a predefined list
– "Open in app" buttons now take you directly to the specific assessment
– Appeals can now be resolved via a line item comment during revision
