This release introduces coniferous fuels for microplots.

- Users can request a data report for a visit using the triple-dot button shown by each visit on a project's list of visits. - Users can login and logout with a button located in the app's main menu.

- Rapidly changing screens within the app no longer intermittently results in a data-entry screen which cannot accept input

The field labels have been changed from "Shrub" to "Live Woody" in the "Microplot" -> "Live Woody" and "Microplot" -> "Totals" tabs.
