The geofencing for the app is hit and miss. Location is enabled to always. Sometimes it works…most of the time lately it doesn’t.

Decided to get this app for added convenience of geofencing. I logged out of the app and it locked me out despite having the proper credentials. It would pop up the same error noting wrong username or password even though it would send the 2FA to my cell phone for 2nd verification. Problem was it would remain on the error screen and never bring me to the next page. I then changed my password because I thought that was the issue. That’s didn’t resolve it. I tried waiting until I got back on my home wifi, that didn’t resolve it. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, that didn’t work.So I finally emailed them and no response for support.Stay away from this app.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I'm genuinely sorry for the frustration, both with the login and with the slow reply to your email.You ran into a real bug, and you described it perfectly. When logging back in with text-message (SMS) two-factor verification, the app was sending you the code but failing to show the screen to enter it, so it kept showing "wrong username or password" even though your credentials were correct. That's also why changing your password and reinstalling didn't help. It was never a credentials problem on your side.The good news: it's already fixed. An updated version is being submitted to the App Store now, and once Apple approves it the login will work normally again through a regular update.If you're willing to give it another try once the update lands, I'd really appreciate it, and if anything still feels off you can reach me directly at matteo.tomasini@gmail.com and I'll personally help you get set up. Thanks for your patience.

This update is about making arming and disarming more dependable, plus a change several of you asked for. - Home zones can now be as small as 50 m, so a smaller property no longer has to cover the street - More reliable disarm when you get home - Scheduled disarm now respects the family devices you picked, so it no longer runs with nobody home - Fewer duplicate notifications and fewer false prompts to widen your zone - Rename or remove the phones registered to your account
