Love it but doesn't save your information

I love the app and how convenient it is, but it doesn't seem to save information. For example, I will favorite a store, save a card, and favorite drinks. It would be gone a week later. It doesn't help that apple pay isn't offered. You can only save one customized drink for a certain tea and you can't save the same drink with other customizations.
Fix save issues

Please fix the issue where the app doesn’t save favorited locations, drinks, and card info. Someone else has mentioned this too and I’m having the same problems, where the app will remember the information for about a week and then wipe it clean afterwards. It does save your points though, at least.

Where’s black tea macchiato? The Assam black tea with macchiato turned out to be like a gross chocolate tea twice… Cant you guys just add a fast order option for black tea macchiato in it since is one of the top order? Lol
