You can even turn the card on or off within the app if it’s lost or stolen. To get started, simply download [NB My Cards], set your preferences and securely manage your card usage with these self-service features:
• Real-Time Alerts - Set notifications for PIN and signature transactions to help detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity
• Turn Your Card Off – Disable a lost, stolen or misplaced card quickly and easily. You can even turn it back on if it’s found
• Location-Based Controls - Restrict transactions to merchants near your location (using your phone’s GPS) or by region using the interactive map
• Spending Limits – Set purchase limits to decline transactions above your thresholds
• Travel Notification – Inform us when you’ll be traveling to better help us monitor your card usage
• Monitor Activity – Track your spending by merchant category and transaction type
