Great app! A few suggested improvement

This app is quite well put together and very customizable, Sennheiser really listens to its customers! Controlling the HDB 630 has been a total breeze, instructions are very clear, items are located in logical places, etc.If I may make a suggestion, could it be possible to enable only certain touch controls on the HDB 630? Such as keeping the double tap to enable/disable ANC and single tap to pause/play audio, but disabling swipe for volume up/down or swipe to move forward/backwards on a song. The headsets touchpad can get confused with inputs, I think being able to reduce the possible inputs will really help with consistent controls the user wants, and no additional inputs that could confuse the headset.Second suggestion would be a toggle to enable or disable the BT 700’s light. It can be very very bright in a dark room. Just being able to turn it off and use the app to see the connection quality would be ideal!Thank you for a great app, hopefully these potential improvements can make it even better!

Mr.Dealmachine
These are hands down better quality then any other headphones I’ve put hands own. To me they win in a number of categories because I’ve realized as I get older loud volume isn’t always needed for satisfaction especially if you want to hear what your grandkids are saying at age 60. Quality has made a way in with them!! These are studio level headphones and I think I’ve made an improvement in my life with them.

I have had the momentum 4s for about a year now. Through all that time the original Smart Control app never allowed me to connect my headphones. With the release of this new app, I had high hopes to finally be able to connect my headphones and customize them. But I have been disappointed once again. I was hoping for a new connection method on this app as the old one never worked and seemed outdated. Having you connect your headphones OUTSIDE of the app and in Apple settings made it impossible for me to connect my headphones to the app. The headphones were obviously still able to be used and connected to my iPhone. But I was never ever able to connect them to the app due to this design choice. The only reason I never recommend any sennheiser products is due to this awful app that never allows connection to their products.

I wanna say this is the right app for sennheiser headphones, my critique is just for improvements.The initial setup was confusing, the app didn’t clarify (without having held for 3 seconds the app gave a generic “pairing failed” message).Focus is the same as ANC, from the attachments I thought it was just passive.Adjusting the headphones is important, if they aren’t comfortable the sound is off and they hurt slightly.Last complaint, when I want to switch between focus and active mode (ANC enabled / disabled), I have to search for the app, open it, wait for it to load, then click on the headphone and toggle the mode. Is there any way this could be a control on iPhone? like how AirPods you can just switch mode in the control area next to volume. Apps can have their own controls or widgets and this would make things a lot more convenient.Generally if i want ANC it’s because its loud out, if i don’t it’s to save battery and improve audio quality.
