Goldin’s auctions/marketplace have the coolest rare collectibles- always a mix of eye-watering elite-level stuff I can only dream of affording, down to stuff way closer to my own budget. I’m so glad they finally have an app! It’s super snappy to navigate around, window shop, and get into bidding on items. I’ll definitely be on this a lot
Terrible, just terrible

I feel like this app was designed by a group of 85 year old men with a dial up internet connection. Doesn’t load, freezes on bidding, you can’t successfully search for an item without it freezing and sending you back to start all over. And don’t try and click on a picture of an item, you get stuck in limbo until the app crashes and reloads. It’s made me not buy things from Goldin so many times because it’s just such a bad app. I don’t ever do reviews but I had to for this one. You need to hire somebody that’s not 100 years old to revamp this app.
Poor Customer Service

I purchased an item on the app, and they had horrible customer service. The auction ended and the item hasn’t shipped. I called customer service to find out where my item was, and why it hasn’t shipped yet. The customer service rep was extremely rude. He kept interrupting me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep told me there was one available and would be happy to transfer me. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that the manager isn’t available and then was hung up on. I will never buy anything from these jerks again.

Don’t get hooked bc of the Netflix show like I did. I severely overpaid for my first order. Once I realized it, I tried to consign the cards back to them for auction but was told my items don’t meet their criteria. What? I just received them from Goldin yesterday. Seems shady. I’m not asking for my money back or anything. Just want to auction the same cards I just bought from them to try to recoup some of my money. Will go to eBay for card purchases from now on. Btw read their google reviews. Not good.
