Bug fixes and performance improvements

Fixed an issue where the Profile tab could show your organizations, children, and medical information as empty.

Your Emergency Medical Information card now shows you what to add when it is empty, with a single Add details button to fill in your emergency contacts and medical details.

The Messages tab now greets you with an illustration when you have no conversations yet, and a Create a message link to start your first one.

Fixed the top of the screen on pages such as Request a Card, Update Card and your Medical Profile — the clock and battery icons stay readable instead of disappearing into a white bar.

Opening the app when you're already signed in now takes you straight to the tab you were last using. You'll no longer see the welcome screen flash by or land on the wrong tab while the app starts up.

Fixed the App Logs screen, which could appear empty even when logs had been recorded, and improved problem reporting so issues get tracked down faster. When a message won't send or your to-do list can't refresh, you can now tell us what happened right from that screen.

Message thread names are clearer. Group messages sent to a role or a team now show the audience they were addressed to, direct messages show the correct recipient names even before your roster finishes loading, and threads we can't name yet show "Message thread" instead of appearing blank.

Fixed credential card images so passes display the complete card artwork, including photos and QR codes.
