I signed up for the app and entered my info and access passes but didn’t think the info was showing up correctly. When you sync with TripIt, it reliably tells you which lounges you can access. I had an issue at one lounge and the LoungeReview support were great about quickly resolving the issue in the app. Highly recommend.

Catastrophic missing features

The entire purpose of this app is so that you can understand what’s available to you in a very short period of time. This app doesn’t tell you is that at the premium lounge in Rome or any other airport you might need to make reservations in advance so you get to wait in the premium lounge line for 20 minutes after timing everything based on this application, to only to find out this app didn’t give you the most important piece of information. Whoever maintains this app has never used it in an actual trip.

The app does show a big, colorful crowding indicator for most lounges. Look again, it's hard to miss (just like the Colosseum.)2. Some lounges do accept or require reservations; we do provide this information.3. Timing your airport experience down to the minute in Italy is bold - almost as bold as the espresso in the lounges!But we appreciate the passion. If only all airport lines moved as fast as your conclusions!

All the basic functionality as we have is pretty solid there are a couple of things that need fixing. First, the latest version of the app regularly loses the trips in my Trip’s tab I have to regularly Re-sync with TripIt.Second, the sink with TripIt does not bring over class of seat economy. Unless I manually change the seat selection I don’t get lounge recommendations based on my business class.

TripIt has no concept of class of service; it merely parses reservations and extracts the cabin name or description. We have to match to the actual class of service on our end, which might need fine tuning depending on the channel that you used to purchase your ticket.
