I’ve been using Coach Zay’s GOGH program for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. In a world of competing interests: personal health, raising kids, work, overall life, GOGH struck a cord with me. It keeps my motivation going regardless of life challenges. I love the easy to follow creative, structured routines and programs. You load the app and just do it. There is no over thinking, it’s challenging, adaptive, and designed to have you always improve. The ultimate check is the optional 1-1 weekly training with Coach Zay. This holds everything together; keeping me accountable, motivated, and most importantly you get direct feedback on your technique and form. Coach Zay truly cares. He is very knowledgeable, and will customize routines for when you are traveling and based on what is at hand; from body weight exercises stuck in a crappy hotel room or tailored to the gym equipment you have access too; or better yet when you are down and out sick. He adjusts the program as you recover. That much care is priceless. I recommend Coach Zay’s GOGH program to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their quality of life. I can say at 50+, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been because of GOGH.

Build & Shred is the perfect app for anyone looking to take control of their health and achieve their fitness goals ! It’s user friendly and really easy to navigate. It offers nutrition plans, E-Books, structured programs, and a goal tracker to help with accountability and monitoring progress. The variety in the meal options and programs are some of my favorite features of the app . Coach Zay taught me that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, and you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen either! The meals are quick, easy, creative and they actually taste good ! And the programs …. Whether you’re a soccer mom trying to get back in shape, a former athlete, like myself , or a new dad trying to get rid of a “dad bod” , Coach Zay has made the app so inclusive, that there’s a program for just about everyone. They include recorded demonstrations of each movement by Coach Zay himself . So not only do you get a visual example of exactly what you should be doing, but Coach is also pretty easy on the eyes , so it’s a WIN-WIN! With the Build & Shred app, Coach Zay supports you , challenges you, keeps you accountable and really does empower you to become the best version of yourself ! 💪🏾

This app is a a game changer. I’ve been using this app to help me build and tone muscle for over a year. The programs are step by step and the difficult levels are at your pace. The app also has help me with the built in meal prep and nutrition. If you are a busy person, this app is for you. Allows you to go at your own pace. The workouts, are simple but you’ll feel the burn from the first set to the last set of your workout! Coach Zay is always by your side and supporting you!! He’s your biggest cheerleader! You never have to question if you’re doing the workout correctly because there is a video of Coach Zay himself showing you how to do them. Workout also has a timer so you stay on track to keep up those high intensity workouts when necessary. Nothing about this app is boring. It Will challenge you, the community will motivate you, and you can never hesitate to reach out in the community and ask questions.
