Overall ease of use for users. Breakers are still getting to know the system. Some randomizers could be better. Ease of use when wanting to purchase more than one spot or team in a break would be nice instead of 38 purchases which tends to lock your account or bank card. Some breakers are forces to make placer breaks or not actual breaks just to be able to use the randomizer for other purposes during the stream. Would like to see a price comp feature to see what other breakers are charging for the same spots or teams. Once you find a breaker I feel you will tend to stick with them picking spots you may not necessarily want. Other breakers may have breaks you would much more prefer but never visit there stream. Also would like to see a fanatics rewards system built in for customers. Random giveaways or promotions to help build the brand and the breakers who use your platform
Buggy app missing key features

It’s hard to believe that this app has 4.8 stars… main annoying things about it: the app is constantly trying to bring you back to the screen that shows how many credited dollars are in your fanatics account? The app is constantly switching me back to the billing tab, any time I leave the app or open Notification Center or anything, it’ll snap back to the billing tab, almost like they’re trying to encourage me to spend the promo dollars ASAP. But this persists even when my wallet balance is zero?? Another very annoying thing and this surprising: why on earth would there not be a tab or a page that displays only the upcoming shows that I have a paid slot in. It’s hard to believe in the app that I can’t go from ‘my orders’ directly to the show link that I have a paid slot in. This app is awful. Once my promo dollars run out, I’ll delete it simply because of how annoying it is to manage this app. Lastly, when sellers or breakers send me links within the app to shows ON YOUR APP, that link should open within the same app, or at least present an option within safari to reopen that link back inside of the app. So many bugs. This app needs help. People must be blindly rating it before they even use it.

I was excited to try this app but now I’m regretting every bit of it. I began with making a small purchase, a pokemon booster bundle for $55, just so that I could learn the app mechanics. There’s been absolutely no transparency since. I bought the bundle on the 12th, it’s now the 17th and I haven’t received tracking or a response from the seller at all. I’m incredibly glad that I didn’t drop the $300+ that I was originally wanting to. I attempted to contact support because I there’s been no movement and I finally got a response that was completely unprofessional, terrible grammar- I have no idea what the person was trying to suggest. I was told by them to wait until the 24th to see if I get tracking by then… so 12 days after my purchase. That’s absolutely insane. I spend a good bit of my hard earned money on my collection hobby and this isn’t the app to do that with. If you want card auctions stick with Whatnot and if you like instant card rips stick with Triumph Rips. People deserve transparency when spending their hard earned money.
Not user friendly for buyers

I'll say the positive first: the app opens smoothly and didn't crash. That warrants two stars. Now the negatives: the interface is too busy. All I see are endless thumbnails of streamers without being able to see what products they are currently opening. The app is just a collection of breakers but doesn't provide useful information. When I filter by sport, it displays any breaker who offers a product from that sport, but no way to further filter by who is currently breaking product from that sport. So if I want to jump into a hockey break, I'd have to manually click into every displayed thumbnail to see if they are actually opening that product. I also cannot filter by specific product.Pricing transparency is also non-existent. I can't sort breakers by product and compare break style (say, random team vs. pick your team) and respective pricing. I also am unable to see ratings or reviews for individual breakers, nor can I leave public reviews.Overall, this seems like a perfect example of the fanatics experience: shiny and new, but without substance.
This update brings a cleaner, faster live breaking experience — redesigned show cards, a refreshed break detail page, a smoother home screen, and a round of fixes to streaming, checkout, and the shop.
What's new:
Show cards have a new look with updated corner styling, spacing, and a faster quick shop button
Break detail pages are cleaner: the spots list now collapses and expands so you can focus on what's available,
Chapters in replays are now easier to read over the stream and chat
