It’s been more than one month now since this app stopped working on my phone. The last version was working alright since many years. I called SC priority number in Karachi several times but to no avail. Instead each time they would insist that it’s just working fine. I have no clue who to contact now. On my laptop, the online version is working alright with the same ID and password. It’s so frustrating.

Unable to add payee with ACOUNT #

Hi team! Hope all is well with you guys, I just wanted to take a moment to express my frustration about the new update of the app, is that this will not let me add any new payee without the IBAN NUMBER which is very frustrating moreover app itself takes a very long time to sign you in as compare to the other mobile bank apps which is very annoying and time consuming.PLEASE RESOLVE THESE ISSUES ASAP

Kindly contact beneficiary to confirm the IBAN details. Furthermore, Kindly clear caches and cookies from phone settings against the App and then retry. The new experience solves a lot of problems. Still few pain points like no option to search while making a transfer. You've to scroll and look at each one by one. Imagine having 100 of accounts to look through.I'd love to see quick transfers based on recents.

The new app is confusing and while swiping a transfer you don’t get a chance to review what you’re paying. The number font is too large. It’s a confusing app and makes me nervous when I am transferring money withh just one swipe. The older app was much much better.
