Disappointed with the new app experience

I’m a long-time Bank of India customer, but the new mobile app is a major letdown. I had to register again since the old app stopped working. While registration was successful, I was given only view-only access—no ability to transfer funds or perform basic transactions. What’s the point of a banking app if it doesn’t let you bank?The new app feels incomplete and poorly tested. BOI really needs to take customer feedback seriously and fix these critical issues. Until then, this app is just not worth it.

App is always showing there is technical error, not sure why BOI QA team is not encountered this critical issueI'm facing this issue from last two months and I'm checking every day to app store that is there any new release Because as User it is very frustrating and main thing I'm QA so and quality is my 1st priority so very disappointed to BOI Team, BOI developers and BOI QA teamAs no one taking care of quality

App has never worked, always showing a technical error with no information and no resolution. BoI technical team seems to be totally disinterested in looking at this problem, let alone fixing it the way a quality bank would. So fed up with these guys! Total disgrace!
