Doesn’t track anything. It shows you routes and bus stops, but doesn’t actually track the trolleys. It’ll state that a trolley came and went, but you’ve been at the stop for 20 minutes with no trolleys in sight. Also doesn’t display the hours the trolleys operate. On top of this app being useless, it will cover your entire screen with ads for 30 seconds while you’re trying to use it. Want to get rid of the ads? You’ll have to buy a premium version of a Miami-Dade public transportation app. Didn’t taxpayer dollars already get allocated to pay for this incomplete app to be built? Miami’s money-grabbing knows no limits.

This app keeps throwing useless advertising that blocks out getting trolley information.Also, this app shows arrival times after 10pm which look great. However NO TROLLEY COMES - after 2 nights of waiting before I started walking to my destination, I learned that the tracker gives a list of minutes until arrival time and then simply keeps updating the arrival time. NO TROLLEY COMES. As I walked my path, I saw several other people waiting at the trolley stops I passed. Especially at that time of night, please have some don’t burden us with HURTING INFORMATION.Thanks to the trolley drivers who make it through this system. You are deeply appreciated.

Guys, and by guys I mean city of Miami. Please do better. This is slightly better than the other one that was dismal. Adds are really annoying and unnecessary. Like the maps to see where you are but we should see the actual stop name on the map itself. App shouldn’t look like it was built in the 90s. We can do better. Please, use AI to help you. This city deserves a higher standard of excellence.
