I opened this account about a month ago and was given my own Safe Haven micro finance bank account. I recharged the account today with a sum of N5,000 and waited for over an hour didn’t get the reflection on my account then I decided to update the app only to find out that have been given another different Safe Haven micro finance bank account different from the previous one. Now are you guys trying to say automatically my 5K is gone just like that without any traces?. Why was the need to change the account without informing customers? This is an act of SCAM and I pray this your business run down very soon than you expect Amin insha Allah!

I can’t login my account with the correct login, I was logged out of my account I contacted your customer care on all platforms didn’t get a reply for almost 1 week, I finally got a reply on WhatsApp and customer care told me I was logged out because I funded my account with someone’s else bank, I replied it was my cousin that sent the money directly to my Yanga app and I didn’t get no reply from your customer care till now, it’s almost 2 months I can’t access my account and I’ve funded it already please fix this, the customer care is very very poor, I’m not impressed
