No idea why this app is rated so highly. This is so Typical. Filipinos can’t make an app work properly. Filipinos can’t do anything properly. No matter how many calls I make to Chinabank to fix this issue no one ever follows through with their promises to fix this issue. The app is garbage just like the Chinabank. Ridiculous. Here’s the error message I always receive when trying to log in. No one seems to want to fix this issue: “Something went wrongWe apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently unable to process your transaction due to an issue with the device registered in your account.You may visit the nearest branch or contact us at(632) 888-55-888, and our team will be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.”
