This application is a great resource and ideas for the whole muslims in the world to enhance their Hajj and Umrah experiences, which is helping them to issue the entrance permits, issues the bus ticket and a trusted advisor to do their Nusuk in a properly way. Also it is very helpful to find a Qibla and prayers time in any place in the world. In addition, the application is a live broadcasting for a Jumuah prayer in both holy mosques. I really would like to appreciate the people who are interested in this project and I hope they will continually support it.

I’m not usually one to write a review but I’ve been left so disappointed to have the opportunity to come to Makkah and Madina and to visit the prophet SAWs masjid and to be denied to pray in rawdah because of a system that’s supposed to help pilgrams but instead forces them to leave without pray at least two rakaah feels absolutely 100% wrong. I understand what they are trying to do and I understand trying to manage millions of people is not easy. But there are people who are not familiar with technology, some who are not able to see or read well, some who are reliant on others, some their language is different but even if it’s not a hardship of the person, there are app glitches or someone forgets the email address or whatever the situation and the people who are in charge of helping constantly turning you away with comments like I don’t speak your language or try the app when you’re trying to tell them about the appIssue or just plainly ignore you so for days you’re at a loss is really heart breaking. I tried for days to get through the app, my sister tried and was told that her passport was registered With and email address she no longer uses and there was no fix. I saw people who had appointments but had issues with their phones actually crying. This app isn’t the answer to crowd control please please please stop this. Let people are willing to stand in line for hours do so if you don’t have other solutions but for someone to get the run around for days by bad technology only to leave Madina disappointed and hurt and not knowing if they’ll ever get the chance to visit rawdah again is again heart breaking. Please fix this.!!!!

App was installed with English language option and it worked for the first time in English. After that it opens in Arabic. There is no option to switch language. Tried to change language through Settings > Apps > Nusuk, didn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled it, didn’t work. Rebooted cell phone, didn’t work. Tried all over again, didn’t work. I have spent whole day trying to switch language to English, to no avail. Why is it so difficult to do a simple task? This app is very poorly designed for iOS. Also, there is no option to reach your profile in case you want to add family members.I will request Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and Ministry of Tourism to get this app reviewed and fixed by real professional software house. Millions of people depend upon it and it should be flawless and intutive. There should be clear methods to add family members. Changing language of app should be as easy as to click on select a language button. I hope someone will hear this complaint.

#1- you are able to book a umrah visa without this app. If I didn’t speak to others I would not have know this was needed. As it wasn’t needed the last time I did umrah in 2020#2- when you go to Mecca the only place that checks if you have visa/permit is on the road to Mecca. If you’re a man all you have to do is be dressed in ihram and you can get into the main floor with no questions anytime during your visit. You don’t have to do it during your “time” on the permit. Women can come and go as they please with no checks of an umrah permit.#3- when booking for rawda I was only able to book the day before we arrived to madina because the app only releases 1 week at a time for the following week after the jumah (Friday) prayer. You would think with a time slot reserved you’d be able to spend more than 30 seconds visiting the rasoul but that’s all you get as men, we are cattled through and yelled at by the guards on a power trip. And women do not even get to see visit the rasoul, you only get to the rawda. Our women deserve better than this. Overall the idea is good but execution and everything is below poor. More work is needed to improve this app and make it more useable and understandable.
