This Pixieset app has seriously changed the game for my photography business! I am SO stoked that I can manage everything right from my phone. It’s so intuitive and beautifully designed and it feels good to use.The fact that it syncs perfectly with the web browser version is the cherry on top. I just started using this app to help me fully start my photography business and I’m loving every bit of it. There are just a few things i really wish Pixieset would add!!1. I wish there were documents that i could just simply upload or create brand new, that wasn’t a contract, questionnaire, etc.2. For the mobile app, SO BADLY do I wish there were iPhone widgets for the calendar feature!! I hate that i have to fully open the app every single day just to check my schedule. I do manually put my sessions on my Google calendar and as a widget on my home screen. But, i just really wish there was one separately for studio manager that had all my sessions for the day right there!3. I wish the messages didn’t repeat everything I just said when a client responds back to my message. Other than this, i absolutely love how easy it is to schedule, manage, and message my clients!

No mobile access to collections

I wanted to love the app, but I don't. I handle scheduling/booking manually (which is necessary for the type of photography I do) and I manage all of my contracts and invoices on a separate platform, so I use Pixieset exclusively for digital photo delivery. I was hoping the Pixieset app would include access to photo collections to make the process of removing watermarks and enabling digital downloads easier for when I'm away from my desk or out on a shoot. No such luck. I hope the developers of this app will connect photo collections at some point in the future, because it seems like a critical feature that's missing. As it stands right now, the app is basically useless for me.

The Pixieset – Studio Manager App is focused on workflows like bookings, invoices, and projects specifically. A Client Gallery App is in the works and in the meantime, you can remove watermarks and set up downloads using a mobile browser. Stay tuned for updates!

Everything has been working flawlessly but the only thing I got to mention is that I migrated to the pixieset payments and I’m a photographer from Puerto Rico and have been waiting for them to resolve an address issue with stripe. Customer service with that situation has been great but it’s taking a bit to get resolved. I would totally give 5 stars if that was no issue.
