This app does not work! It scans the passport but says name and number are invalid. The website also doesn’t work properly. The website scans and info shows up but it’s confusing to sign up and create an actual account. It doesn’t have a password option so does it mean anyone can sign into your account? I can see my processed store receipts but I cannot add my credit card even though my planet receipt has the cc info. I’ll wait the 10 days for refund and see if it actually gets processed but this app or website process is horrible. Global Blue works perfectly and is automatically digital from the stores where one purchased from. I got that refund in approx 2-3 days.

To use the app, you have to sign up. The app scans your passport and uploads the information correctly. Then it tells you your name and travel document are invalid. Seriously? You just scanned them. No way to sign up. App is completely useless. Zero support.

I entered my passport number and expiration date and it pulled up the correct receipt, refund amount, and current status showing “refund in progress.”
