What's new in 3.5.15
Notes & supervisor alerts
- Runners can now add an optional note when creating a service manually, scanning a boarding pass, finishing a service, or completing an assignment.
- Each note is sent to supervisors as a push notification and appears in the in-app "Notes" tab so the team can react quickly.
Assignment editing for leaders
- The team leader can now update the wheelchair counts on an in-progress assignment without changing the rest of the flight information. Supervisors keep full edit access.
Reliability
- Confirming an assignment now works offline. The action is queued locally and synced automatically once the device is back online.
- Buttons that submit data (create service, finish service, complete assignment) are disabled while the request is in flight, preventing accidental double submissions.
Data consistency
- Wheelchair categories are normalized (Regular, Slow, Carry off/on) across the app so counts and reports match between the mobile app and the supervisor portal.
- The "last location update" time shown in the supervisor view now uses the Orlando time zone consistently.
Other fixes
- Fixes to timezone handling so assignments created near midnight are listed under the correct day.
- Better empty/loading states and several smaller UX improvements throughout the runner and leader flows.
