The app allows merchants to connect to supported Windcave payment terminals, using Bluetooth Low Energy connections.
This app serves the Terminals of Windcave. The app connects to a Terminal through Bluetooth Low Energy and then accesses the Windcave service through the mobile phone's network so that the Terminal can complete transactions. We also support HIT transactions, which are payment requests initiated from web pages or other platforms. To support this function even when the phone is locked, we need to request Location Permission, so we can track your location for payment security reasons in the background which can affect battery life.
