Ordering online is very fast and easy. All of the selections that I order are very good , from the chicken sandwiches to the burgers you can’t go wrong. Belmont location has excellent parking and very friendly walking staff.

Love the app, everything is easy to customize and find. One major problem though. Rewards don’t work, at all.Doesn’t matter what reward, as soon as I add it to my cart, it says “Uh oh! Error Validating Basket”I have 250+ points, enough for any reward they offer, but can I use it? Nope.Oh, and of course, the moment I remove the reward from my cart, there isn’t a single issue with validating my basket now.I’ve tried redeeming several different rewards, none work.

The prices in the app tend to be different than the menu prices in store. And each restaurant prices things a little different too. There is so little consistency across the Dog Haus locations and the app. This is the second iteration of this app and apparently they can’t still get it right.
