Setting up an eSIM is not a difficult task but you may want some clarification on the steps to take during the set-up process. The Kolet customer service reps are readily available via chat and you are not stuck in an endless loop dealing with an AI Bot that never lets you reach an actual representative. Once you start chatting you’ll find the reps are very willing to help you and they are patient and courteous. Full disclosure, I have the app installed, the eSIM installed, but have not started my trip. Next week will be the true test of how well the network works. That said I am confident if there is a glitch the Kolet customer service team will be there to help. I would recommend giving Kolet a try.

Best eSIM for International Travel – Reliable and Affordable!

I have had an amazing experience with Kolet so far. I’m traveling from the U.S. and rely heavily on my phone for work, so having a reliable connection is extremely important to me, and Kolet has been the best choice. The connection has been excellent. I always have internet, and it’s been fast and consistent wherever I go. What really impressed me is how much value I’m getting. Before this, I paid $20 with my carrier just to have roaming for emergencies, and by the next day I was down to only $0.45 without using it that much at all. With Kolet, I bought a 10GB plan for about the same price, and after 4 days of constant use, I still have 9.1GB left! The only issue I’ve noticed so far is that WiFi calling tends to deactivate on its own, which can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it would honestly be perfect.Overall, I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend Kolet to anyone traveling internationally and needing reliable data without the high roaming costs.

Best eSIM and service ever!

I have been using this when going to Europe, getting full 5G speeds and used in where I live in California if T-Mobile doesn’t have reception so it uses Verizon instead. It works each any every time. I love that unused data can be reused again later too, even for a completely different location. Reason why I’m writing this is because my iPhone was giving me a headache when transferring the eSIM to a new phone. They helped and solved evening in less than 5 minutes, no waiting time. It could have been shorter if I did not ask additional questions, which all got answered too.

Thanks a lot for your amazing review! 😊 We’re glad Kolet has been reliable for you and that our support team could quickly get everything sorted out on your new device. It means a lot to us that you’ve had such a positive experience!
Kolet Is Awesome For Travelers!

We are US citizens traveling in Europe right now, and have free cellular data from our regular provider. However, the speed is horribly slow. KLM Airline offered us a free E-Sim and 1 GB of data from Kolet at our destination. I had trouble getting it to work, so I contacted their chat support. Indeed, there was a glitch that was not their fault. Anyhow, their support person stayed with me until it worked right. Noe I have great cellular data speed and can load web pages and run Apple Maps quickly. Highly recommended!
Developer Response
So glad our support team could rescue your Europe trip with actual usable speeds. There's nothing better than getting Apple Maps running smoothly when you're navigating new places! Thanks for the strong recommendation!
