I downloaded this app because the website no longer allowed me to sign in to pay by desktop. Now the app won’t let me log in even though it worked last month. I put in my email and it just keeps refreshing that portion of the screen, never taking me to put in my pin. I’m forced to have to pay over the phone. This is ridiculous. You would think a company that revolves around technology would have tech elements that actually work.

Trying to pay my bill call the number and get a message “To pay faster download the app”, then I get disconnected. I download the app and I can’t login. It doesn’t like my pin and there is no option to retrieve. How would you like me to pay for my wonderful (not) service?

Seems OK for basic access. A bit annoying that it will not retain your login details between each session- instead always asking for PIN and then validation via EMail.Would like to see it improve on this signing aspect.
