The biggest complaint I had about Worldmark was the app and I don’t know what was done, but it is so much better and that was a much easier process to book than in the past. I actually shied away from booking through my WorldMark because the app was so bad but I just booked something for this year and it took me two minutes so whatever you’re doing keep doing!
Waitlist reservation
Sad too late
Had a wait list request come thru and made a reservation a few days ago. Didn’t realize that I had two reservations under my name for the same dates at another resort. It was brought to my attention at an update yesterday that I should change the name on the reservation. I went to change the name today, and the reservation from the waitlist is gone. I wish I had been more proactive when told but also wish I would have had notification before they took it off my reservation list

Easy to use

First time booking with the app. Super easy to use. Wish that it saved the info when looking at different resort options but maybe they will fix that in the future. So much easier than online. I am a little worried that now everything will be booked up fast. I like to go on spur of the moment trips.

I always dreaded logging into the website to look for vacations to book. The app is so much easier to navigate and quicker to load than the website. Also, it doesn’t constantly log you out like the website does.
