I helped my mom move into her place and when they told me she was going to have an app to manage all her smart devices, I slightly panicked. But when we downloaded Della App and logged in, everything worked seamlessly and we were able to control everything, immediately, all in one app. I was even able to set up a guest pin for myself. It was seriously so easy, I was amazed. Usually these things don’t work. I left feeling confident and knowing she was in good hands!

The Della resident app gives me one portal for building access and to my unit. I can remotely unlock doors for my dog sitter. I can communicate with the property manager through the app to create a service request and chat with the front desk. It also provides me with social announcements for anything happening at the property manager plus I can reserve amenities for my personal events. The features and capabilities are lengthy

Love using this app to control all tech aspects of my apartment. No more keys, just my phone. It’s nice to have everything in one app instead of juggling many other apps or sites. Clean interface, easy to navigate. Highly recommend.

My biggest gripe is the thermostat UI interface: If I have it set to cool, real temperature is 70 and I set it to 70 it should not toggle over to the heat selection unless I explicitly select heat. Even afterwards Cool is disabled. This should also not be the case. Next: The smart lock feature is very buggy and not capable of updating its locked / unlocked state when locking / unlocking manually instead of the app. I could open via the app and then lock up manually, and the app will reflect as if it were still unlocked. Huge deficiency.
Minor bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance overall app stability and user experience.
