If your a home owner and you know how to fix staff but u don’t wanna spend thousands of dollars on equipment there is a possibility you can do a repair once there is a possibility that your neighbor or relative will need same tool or it’s simply gardening equipment and you don’t wanna over pay and still get the job done and believe it or not them might be not expensive but they less long time I got some staff as a gift did the job around the house my bro needed them tool I help him with repair long story short use properly fallow guidance, and it will last you a long time simple take care of it

Ordered a trailer from these people before Thanksgiving. For some reason, they decided to ship it FedEx, even though they are the worst carrier ever. The product had been sitting in a FedEx facility since Thanksgiving. Vevor won’t pursue it, won’t replace it, or refund it. I finally had to dispute the transaction. Customer support was abysmal. They respond to inquiries by doing absolutely nothing and giving you a canned response telling you to wait, close out the ticket, and you have no way to respond. You have to start a new ticket and they tell you to wait some more, same canned response. 2 months and still no delivery, no refund, and no way to get a decent response. There was an email saying they are closing the ticket, but the sending email and reply email had a send error saying the mailbox doesn’t exist.This company is not worth it. You’ll spend more time trying to get your stuff than what the few bucks you save is worth.

I own a blacksmith shop for the past 4 years. I have bought many tools from Vevor, they do not disappoint. In the dozens of purchases i have made, i think i can recall 3 issues that has arisen. They were fixed promptly, with no cost to me. I do enough trade shows and such i may even consider becoming a sponsored dealer.

Truck Bed extender product was advertised as a fit to my truck, but when it arrived and I tried installing it did not fit. I requested a return and explained the reason, even send many photos showing the issue. After days I get a reply telling me “to just install it there”, the area that I had specifically pointed out that is angled and cannot support the bracket. It has been days, I cannot get anyone from customer support to provide help other than the standard template answers, pushing the issue sideways, and not allowing me to return my product.I recommend people to stay away from buying Vevor because of the customer support alone. The products might be a bit cheaper but not worth the hassle and eventually will cost more to your pocket when you are stuck with products that do not work and you cannot return!
