Product has become to be one of the best in sales of products in my opinion. Among the heavy hitters in the business. (Won’t name tag) but I have purchased a great many products from said businesses in the pass and VEVOR brand products are indeed on my list as a fan favorite product for sure. I hope VEVOR stays the same in services and affordable products. Perhaps the other big box stores need to take notes. Even think about how they had the same valuable asset to wit was the most important in sales , the affordable products that everyone can purchase. That’s what keeps everyone happy and buying more. Not because it last for 10 minutes then brakes. VEVOR is stepping up and making changes. 😁👍

Ordered a 12v ejection pump to fully drain all water and waste tanks in RV for winterization. Pump arrive and would not turn on. Tried multiple power sources. Checked the fuse and it was fine. I reached out to VEVOR for help with a replacement, refund or trouble shooting. I was told I'd hear back in 48 hours. After 72 hours I still had not heard back and reached out again. Despite my chat log was right there I had to explain the whole thing again, including taking a video of my turning on the non working pump. No surprise it still didn't work. I was again told 48 hours and would be contacted via email. Well four more days have passed and no help, doesn't work. Asked again and was told all products a tested before leaving the factory. Nothing further to address refund or replacement. VEVOR customer service is chat bots. No phone number to call and won't respond to items that arrived damaged. Check out their reviews on other platforms. All say the same. Don't buy from this company.

Never really thought twice about it, until I saw something I could use for my business and that more or less opened the floodgates. A wide range of products with a lot to look at. I have since getting the app made 2 purchases and received 1, the quality so far seems to be there. I do enjoy browsing and looking at all the stuff they have. Also keep in mind, the moment you buy something that same product will more then likely go on sale the very next day. So sales seem to be targeted by the purchases you make. The size of the purchase determines how big the sale will be. But all in all I say finding this company has been a benefit for me.

People the big brand capitalist have had us all duped for years OVERpaying for everything. There’s no reason for a Milwaukee $4500 presstool when I got one just as good here on VEVOR…….im tired of giving all my money away to these big brands who just overcharge for everything…….mutiple Items purchased thru VEVOR and let me tell you there’s no difference between my Milwaukee PressTool and the VEVOR PressTool except the WAD money left in my acct. Oh ya the Nitrogen 60 I paid $350 for in town from supply house is half the price and the $300 recovery tank here is less than $100 and guess what when I go to get more nitrogen it’s exchanged so I never keep a bottle even if it is new……do ya FTW, Milwaukee and many others and long live VEVOR.
