I use this bank for my mortgage so when my boyfriend and I wanted to open a joint account we didn’t want to use a huge name brand but wanted flexibility to access money no matter where we went. Due to the amazing service I receive from the mortgage side I looked in to their personal checking. They BY FAR are the best option for banking with alot of perks!

Inconsistent, hard to get a hold of, emailed texted and called for 2 weeks. The Women had a cold greeting. 1 week later her manager text me. I called her back told me they needed 1 more month of work history. Give it to them and haven’t heard a word from them for 2 months. They also made me do the pre-qualification paperwork 3 times with no explanation saying they needed more information from me. 1/10 bank I wouldn’t give them my hard earned money.
