I haven't even left more for my trip and am having trouble with this app. I have registered and entered my trip information which is fine, but when I click on activities or excursions it takes me to a browser which requires me to log in to book but does not recognize my login credentials. I thought maybe it was that I'd forgotten my password, so I clicked on retrieve password. Only for it to tell me it could not send me an e-mail to retrieve my password. At this point I am unable to book any excursions because of whatever glitching is going on with this app. I am very nervous that it will not work properly when I'm actually on the vacation and based on other reviews I'm probably right.

Apparently you had to book transportation transfer directly because if you book via third party through your airline they can’t see it in their system. Which is insane to me because nexus should coordinator with outside vendors if their service being advertised. The Whats app customer service is the worst! If you do not have international calling then you can’t reach a live person. It’s frustrating as hell. I will never book through them again

I wish there was a way to rate this app at zero stars because that’s what it deserves. The UI is terrible. App said for days my tour is at noon. However, I get a call from my room phone after I checked in once I woke up that you’re going to be left in 4 minutes unless you get down here. Will never book anything from them again and hopefully I will save some people some stress and confusion by reading this.

I’ve never left a review for anything before but I feel compelled to write one here. Do not use this company and do not use this app.This app is without a doubt the least functional application that has ever been developed. The entire app is useless for anything other than attempting to chat with a real person after you get past the dumb bot that will tell you that you’ve provided the wrong confirmation number. However, actually typing is impossible because you can’t see what you’re sending and you can’t copy and paste. And that’s the MOST useful function. How this application made it to publishing is beyond me. Truly, take it down for general societal good.
