I actually find the app easy to use and with a lot of editing options to truly create customizable labels. There’s decals, lines, upload photos, and the text you can adjust the line height and letter spacing. Position things against the label, that’s just some of the editing capabilities. I really like how easy it is to use, but so far they thought of every use-case and put the feature in the app including saving and auto saving records of prints for easy reprint. I just wish there’s more templates

Stopped working after new app

I bought PB40 label printer. It was working with the old app. With the new update, this model is no where to be found on the app. I cannot connect the printer using either Bluetooth or scan QR function. Is this a joke? If you are not going to support a model, then you should offer a full refund since it costed $55 and I only used it for 2 months.

Work well but errors make it inefficient.

Very useful and efficient. It works quick, however, the small errors can ruin a whole process. It can be sensitive like if you make one mistake on the second page, then you have to redo the whole process. I wish you had the option to choose specific pages on the pdf, that way you don’t have to reprint the same page again, and only choose designated pages.

I absolutely love this Penbrook label maker. Who would’ve known a label maker I bought at Aldi, would’ve been so helpful & easy to use. I’ve used it every single day for something. Medicine containers, storage bins, file folders, etc…
