It worked for me for a couple of days but it started to ask me to add vci first then I’d try and it would say loading timeout and even after reinstalling it would not let me sign in and continue saying loading timeout

It works fine with everything else as far as reading codes, live data etc.. But it’s awful with maintenance. I try to use the feature where you can control brakes, battery and other things that I’m sure my car supports but the app says my car does not support it. For instance I wanted to bleed my brakes. I know it can be controlled by OBD but the app says my car doesn’t support this feature when I’ve used a nice OBD reader and it’s worked fine. If you’re looking at wanting to do the same things I would suggest getting a good OBD reader. This one is kind of janky, not sure if it’s misleading or they just don’t necessarily even have these features. There’s little to no customer support as well. Just not ideal for someone who relies on something like this to take care of the car. If you want to clear codes or see live data then it’s great for that.

After downloading the app and seeing that an account has to be created for use, looking into the terms and conditions they state that no login is required for basic functions but this is not true…(this information came directly from contacting topdon customer service) all users need to create an account for any basic use at all…if this doesn’t work for your needs you will need to contact them and provide the serial number of the device for them to “purge” your information… but how can you trust that they will when they lie about their products right out the gate? They provided no explanation whatsoever as to why their terms state that no login is required for basic function….if you want a Chinese company having any personal information go for it, otherwise steer clear.

Was able to clear a sensor fault to wake my blind spot sensors back to working status. It’s great having a small OBD II scanner with you that can do so much more!
