Be very mindful when using this app. It does get the job done well, however, I signed up for the 7.99 week trial to transfer my playlists to Apple Music. Upon completion, I attempted to cancel my account and delete it shortly thereafter. A week later I received 1 of 2 new charges of $9.99 from their platform and since my account was deleted there was no way to ensure my CREDIT details were removed from their platform. It was a nightmare to figure out with many steps required to cancel. I literally had to research who their payment platform was, contact them and receive instructions on how to cancel from the payment website…never in my life have I had to jump through so many hoops to end a subscription.

PLEASE READ. Update 2: I advise everyone who has been mislead and deceived by these scammers to report this to Apple as fraud and deceptive practices by this developer and their app. Apple needs to removed them immediately for allowing this type of behavior in their App Store. The more people who complain, the better the chances of this app being removed. They say you can sign up for a free trial then end up charging you $7.99. Very misleading and deceptive. This app should be removed for scamming. Guarantee that they will comment with the same stupid nonsense they give everyone else. (Dear user, we are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. We constantly update our application to provide optimized experience and the best solutions. Follow us for updates and reconsider rating our app with 5 stars if you like. :) ) obviously theres no mention of them scamming you or a refund can be provided. Need more active Customer Support

Considering this is subscription based, it’d be helpful to have either more active customer support or a FAQ page for when technical issues arise. My starting experience was great - transferred songs with ease, but then it suddenly stopped working. The same error for each new transfer I tried to make. I’m sure there is an easy fix to this, but I wouldn’t know cause I have to email and wait for 1-3 business days for response instead of getting immediate help with a chat or FAQ.

Predatory subscription model

*EDIT* do not download if you’re switching TO Apple Music from another service, Apple Music will do any and all transfers automatically at your discretion and MUCH FASTER than this app. It took a payment block on this developer within my bank to stop payments. The “free trial” was not in fact free and kept attempting to charge even higher $10 payments every week. I did however receive the same canned response from the developer as they’ve given all negative reviews so it really shows they care very little on implementing change or taking into account the many customer complaints of the same issue. My original review:Do not download this app unless you plan on paying $8.49 a week (then $10 a week after the “free trial”) indefinitely. There is NO OPTION to cancel your subscription or delete the account. Well, there is a “delete account” button but it does nothing. You can press this button a hundred times and it does not change the account or subscription level. Contacting the dev will net you zero response or action. The app will transfer playlists (very slowly) and unless you need to transfer playlists on a regular basis, thus there is really no need for a subscription so just avoid it.
