My first use of FaxFlow was super easy. The prompts led me through the app, I was able to preview my whole fax prior to sending. Will definitely be my go to for sending faxes through my iPhone. Highly recommended!

I needed to fax something rather quickly and didn’t bother looking up iPhone fax apps. Quick google search said this app came recommended. I knew it wasn’t free, but I didn’t realize the charge until I was on the phone with the IRS about to fax a document and then got hit with the $8.99/week service subscription. I was a bit shocked, but was already on the phone with the agent and didn’t want to tell them to hold on until I can download a fax app. Just paid it :-(. Most expensive fax I’ve ever done and hopefully will do. This fax outfit definitely made out like bandits, but I should have spent time finding the subscription fee and that’s on me. Other than that service was good and I was able to fax it with no issues although the agent said the document was poor quality. Probably something on my end though

A subscription only product is sensible but the app should highlight this up front. It’s just wasted my time by only notifying about this as the very last step, and I’m sure plenty of people end up accidentally subscribed.I’d have been happy to pay on a per fax basis but like most people I only need a fax very rarely so a subscription makes no sense at all for me. Looks nice and professional otherwise though

We make it clear that we offer subscriptions on our App Store description, and we offer a weekly subscription mainly for your use case: many people only need to fax within that week’s timeframe, so they purchase it and then cancel after the week is over.
