I honestly never thought I would need to send a fax in 2026, but when the situation came up, I quickly realized how few people even have access to a traditional fax machine anymore. After searching for a simple solution, I found this app—and it was exactly what I needed.The setup was quick, the process was straightforward, and I was able to send my documents in just a few minutes without any hassle. For something that most of us rarely use these days, having an easy, reliable option right on my phone was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself unexpectedly needing to fax something and want a fast, stress-free solution.

I picked this app for numerous reasons after some searching but I have been seriously disappointed. I downloaded the app and started. First, i had to answer a bunch of questions. Then I created a fax and hit send. Then it hits you with sign up for an account. Signed up for a 30 day account with auto renewal for a ridiculous amount of money. I did this knowing I am needing to send several faxes to places that only take faxes for a month or two… Then I go in and the fax no longer exists and didn’t send… I spend another 10 minutes recreating the fax and it fails due to no internet when the internet never blipped. So I switch to 5G and it claims I need to check the number. It was correct. I try the alternate fax number - “no internet connection”. And the errors keep going back and forth. Restarted the app and phone along the way. I tried about 15 times. I then loaded another app someone has used for years, had to purchase credits but dang if it didn’t work the first time. I did email support and 24 hours later still nothing.

I needed to fax something rather quickly and didn’t bother looking up iPhone fax apps. Quick google search said this app came recommended. I knew it wasn’t free, but I didn’t realize the charge until I was on the phone with the IRS about to fax a document and then got hit with the $8.99/week service subscription. I was a bit shocked, but was already on the phone with the agent and didn’t want to tell them to hold on until I can download a fax app. Just paid it :-(. Most expensive fax I’ve ever done and hopefully will do. This fax outfit definitely made out like bandits, but I should have spent time finding the subscription fee and that’s on me. Other than that service was good and I was able to fax it with no issues although the agent said the document was poor quality. Probably something on my end though

This app is so smooth and easy to use, even though I was interrupted by a long cell phone call while filling it out. After the call ended, I had no problem photographing the attachment-document, attaching it to the message, and sending it. This is a quick, smooth, easy process, a great tool for my wife and I- both in our mid-70’s.
