I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really love my compass. It’s given me so much of my life back, because (as long as it’s on and it’s connected) I feel relieved knowing that I’ve got a daily journal to look back on with all of my meeting notes, reminders, appointments, “little things I said I would do,” and just like the little details that i often overlooked just being so lost in the day to day life. My relationships and my mental health have improved, and I can focus on “being” and living my life rather than feel the constant pressure from my thoughts that tell me I have to write this down, and I have to remember this, and I have to do that, etc etc. also just leveraging AI technology for myself, I’ve learned how to find ways to work with myself, rather than against the grain, and I think the doors that this device open are a little scary, but I’ve learned a lot about myself and have grown so much since I started using it- so thank you! And huge shout out to the developers for consistently working on this technology, being extremely open and responsive to feedback, and always upgrading and improving the technology.

The device itself is well designed and pretty impressive. The basic functionality is very helpful. But at the end of the day, it doesn’t allow you to do bulk reassignment of speakers. You have to physically go in and select every single speaker moment within the transcript. With long meetings and multiple speakers, this is a lot of frustrating work. So much so that quite often it’s more time to correct the transcripts than it is to just take notes. The second infuriating aspect of this device is it does not record phone calls unless you have them on speakerphone. With a job like mine that is impossible to do even the majority of the time. The limits to their free AI subscription are such that you’re pretty much forced to pay for an upgraded subscription. If this is something you use often. And their subscriptions are substantially more expensive than other products out there that do the things that this one doesn’t. And it takes forever to figure out or get a response on how to return the d**n device. And when it’s all set and done, they don’t want to refund you for the useless subscription that you’ve paid for. Choose the monthly not the annual or you just waste more money. Tons of future potential here but lacking at present and, as per usual in the world, nowadays, legally acceptable, unethical behavior in terms of returns and refunds, lack of human support, etc.

I’m building my AI team and Feildy is the heart beat of it! It’s only been a few days since I’ve gotten it and I’ve been able to capture lighting in a bottle several times a day. That deep conversation with my wife and ideas that God plants in us normally get forgotten about but not anymore. I’m able to go back and pull out the oil that would have other wise been missed. Just for that alone sets this device and app above any other AI tech I have. It’s not just a recorder device which by the way looks sleek, sexy and stylish. The most impressive feature is the app. It’s like a second brain, ears and life coach. Well worth the monthly subscription for a personal assistant. Sorry so long, I’m just super impressed and grateful I pulled the trigger and became part of the Feildy revolution 👊🏾🙏🏾

False advertising, huge liability, and terrible customer supportWhile the product is actually really great, the company is dishonest and outright dangerous for anyone requiring the so-called hipaa compliance that they advertise in their videos and other marketing and their customer service is shockingly dismissive and rude. They advertise hipaa compliance but after you’re paid for your device and don’t see a BAA part of onboarding, you reach out to customer support to find out that they only do BAA’s if you’ve purchased at least 20 devices and have zero desire to work with you or even acknowledge how much liability risk they are creating for individual healthcare workers who are just trying to find any kind of possible assistance towards finding work like balance in an overrun system that doesn’t even cover bills anymore. Shame on your Fieldy, I’m just glad that I had the foresight to reach out and prevent major hipaa violations that I’m sure a lot of people have unknowingly exposed themselves to because of the dishonesty and/or negligence of this company - and it’s not negligence now because they know it’s an issue. So so so disappointing, they literally could have just sent and email with a form to fill out, sign it and be compliant and decent.
