AvareX is a pilot's all-in-one electronic flight bag (EFB) from Apps4Av — the team behind Avare, rebuilt in Flutter. Added 3D Weather, under Menu and as the `3DW` tab on a long press. It shows winds aloft with the terrain, runways, and aircraft. `Hide Wind` and `Show Wind` turn the wind on and off. 3D Weather has buttons to build 3D NEXRAD radar, lightning, icing, and turbulence. The radar plays the last half hour. Each layer has a key, and must be rebuilt after its time runs out. 3D shows a red arrow with an N above the altitude scale, pointing north as you turn the view. Added FAA webcams for weather.
