Access Cleveland Heights is the official Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) App of the City of Cleveland Heights. Access Cleveland Heights allows users to submit service requests (potholes, tall grass, graffiti, etc.) directly to the city, where the request will be correctly routed to the appropriate city service department. Users will be able to track their service requests all the way through completion right from their phone.
