Redo is crushing it. Support mobile app makes it easy to reply to customers on the go. Having it all in one place with returns and other products is a huge win for businesses. Highly recommend.

Could be a useful app on the go but the amount of bug makes it unreliable on the go. I tried to open a ticket and the app gets stuck on a white screen. Tried to open another ticket and that one loads normally… Sometimes you write a message in the chat and it doesn’t show even after refreshing multiple times so you don’t know if it was sent. When you open on desktop you realize the message was sent. Still need some work but last update was a year ago…
