I’ve learned to live with the bugs inherent in the previous version, and the fact that one of my collars ALWAYS resets to one random setting I used once. This new UI was not ready for release. Please bring back the option to reset the counter on the home screen. Not only is the counter reset difficult to access, but now it does not work properly without actually turning the collar off and on again. Incredibly frustrating.

The collar goes off randomly with shocks when my dog is not barking or whining. On the contrary, my dog just barked more than 23 times (this is the count after starting, he’s being crated for a brief time, which he’s used to, but not when we are home like we are). I looked at the app to see if the shock was turned down because he’s a very large and stubborn dog. His neck has been shaved for spring shedding, but yet ZERO barks have been detected. About 20 minutes ago I put a FULLY CHARGED collar on my dog and it now says 10%. This collar is less than 3 months old and is used MAYBE once a week or so when I know we will have builders in our home and he needs to be crated. Complete garbage product that does not deserve the minimum one star. Unfortunately I am outside my return window or I would return it.

The app is great when the collars actually stay connected. I have 2 that constantly disconnect for seemingly no reason (collars are fully charged and I’m standing right next to them). There’s no way to troubleshoot either when this happens. Just have to hope it randomly connects again. This makes the e-collar function basically useless since you can’t rely on the app.

The disconnection issues I can deal with. I use this purely as a bark collar so I don’t care about e-collar function on the app. And as far as I can tell it works just as intended even if the app is disconnected. My issue is that the corrections I have turned on for barking and whining get turned off and the collar itself becomes useless. I don’t know if this is related to charging it but either way it’s a huge annoyance.
