Kicks me off the app every time I try to open media to download videos, video quality also lags insanely bad. It either looks like things are moving in slow motion when the app actually works, or it skips while trying to go back and watch.

Got a camera system installed recently and unfortunately already had a theft, trying to download recorded footage from this app is an absolute nightmare. It glitches it stalls. It doesn’t want to cooperate in the slightest. Photos were relatively easy, but that’s not the point of a modern system…
