I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the excellent ground service I received during my check-in for UL 225 on 9th September 2025. Although I was charged for excess baggage, the process was handled by your staff member, Isha, with remarkable professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness.Having worked in the service industry myself, managing over 100 staff directly under my supervision, I can confidently recognize genuine professionalism when I see it. Isha’s conduct was a true reflection of dedication to service excellence and left a very positive impression despite the circumstances.Employees like her are an asset to the company and play a vital role in enhancing its reputation. I sincerely commend Isha for her outstanding service and encourage her to continue thriving in her role.

I have booked a return flight to this July and I am going traveling after two years due to covid. As Sri Lanka is in a sad situation to help their country I have purchased my tickets from this airline. However, they just informed me they have changed my return flight to an advance day without my permission. I have things scheduled and this made me really disappointed pointed. Have tried many times to contact them. However, which was not possible. They ruined my upcoming holiday. I would recommend everyone not to travel your holiday flight tickets with Sri Lankan airlines unless you want ruin your valuable time.

They changed my flight and mixed it all up and offered no help to resolve the issue and now I will have to pay over 5000 American dollars to get home although I booked my flight over a year ago and paid 2700 this is a horrible way to treat your passengers I’m so upset and so through with this airline horrible and everyday I will post until they fix the way they handle situation they have caused
