We completely understand how disappointing this can be.To clarify, it is possible to attend classes from an iPad, but this must be done through a browser (we recommend Google Chrome) by accessing our web platform. At the moment, the mobile app is designed as a complement to the web platform: it allows students to practice on the go, complete additional exercises, and manage bookings without needing a desktop computer, but joining live classes is not yet supported directly within the app. We’re sorry this was not clearly communicated earlier.We also apologize for the login issue and the 404 error you encountered when switching to Safari. This may have occurred because the lesson had already ended, but we understand how this contributed to you missing the class despite your efforts to join on time.Regarding support, while the chatbot provides quick guidance, our human Support Team is always available via email and web chat. We aim to respond within 24 hours and do our best to assist every student as quickly as possible. Since you were unable to attend the class due to this situation, our Support Team may be able to exceptionally refund the class credit as a goodwill gesture so you can reschedule it. This usually allows students to secure spots across most times of the day. Please also note that classes take place even if only one student attends, so if others do not show up, the attending student benefits from a private lesson at no extra cost.Regarding cancellations, it is worth mentioning that when a class is booked, a teacher is assigned and prepares specifically for that session, which helps provide a better learning experience. For this reason, credits can be refunded if a class is canceled at least 72 hours in advance or within 30 minutes after booking (immediate cancellation).
