After reading about Tangle and the focus of this app I was so curious and interested to see how it could be a tool to offer space and time to check set intentions, check alignment and reflect. As someone working in mental health I saw the value in it being supportive of busy humans trying to check in with themselves. Like a space they could carve out a little self care and reflection. It has been illuminating to see where the intention starts and where the day ultimately takes me. I have also enjoyed watching the little intentions stack up to be real impact. The community in this space is completely supportive and encouraging. It’s really gratifying to be in community - especially during times when things can feel so fractured. I highly recommend this (app) space.

I downloaded this on a whim and now I open it every night. Tangle doesn't do the usual habit tracker thing. It asks you to actually think about who you're becoming, and then helps you see yourself more clearly over time. The reflections are short but they stick with you. I've caught myself making better decisions during the day just because I spent two minutes in this app the night before. If you're tired of productivity apps that make you feel like a project, this is the opposite. It makes you feel like a person. Genuinely can't believe this is free.

Instead of a dopamine hit, Tangle offers clarity, grounding, and motivation rooted in who I aspire to be.It keeps me present rather than intentional productive. It is my daily pause and reminder to live on purpose.

A friend told me about Tangle which made me realize my life was running on autopilot. Now that I’m aware, I remind myself to make even the small things count. I’m on my phone several times a day and added using this app to my routine. It’s helped change my mindset to consciously live my life with meaning. I find the reminders and the support of my close friends helpful and essential to follow through with the intentions I’ve set.
