I love this app, the only issue I’ve stumbled upon is I’ll open it up and it’ll stay on the loading screen. I’ve learned that opening it, closing it, then opening it a second times does the trick! This is definitely not something I’d knock a star down for as it is easy to work around.

I understand their intentions behind the app, but most things are incredibly buggy and crash (even after this latest update) or the links are broken. The app won’t even open majority of the time, it’ll just stay on the loading screen. Then, the reminder feature doesn’t have enough editing (like delete or pause etc) and gets bulky quick, and you can’t track what you have and haven’t taken for the day medication-wise. The symptom tracker is too limited, especially for having so many comorbidities. I like my Oura Ring for example, how I can create my own symptoms and tags and select from them, and then it tracks those and my other symptoms to see patterns, and I can print the results for my doctors. I just think this needed a lot more work before release.

I love the EDS society and was very excited for a free tracking app. The tracker had me put in all of my meds and has a reminder feature. When you accidentally add an alarm you can’t remove it, only turn it off so the screen gets clunky. But my main concern is that there is not a way to actually track the medication taken. It is just a list of daily meds but there is no checkbox or way to say “I’ve taken this med today - i don’t need to take it again” which to me, is the point of the tracker. I’m not sure if this was launched early or this is a bug. Would appreciate a contact about this

I love the EDS society and was thrilled to stumble across this app!! Sadly it’s black font on a bright white screen- designed for EDSers? Really? The EDS Society is where i learned all about our comorbid conditions, many of which cause photophobia… hopefully dark mode is in the works… sadly it lasted 3 mins on my phone this time around.
