This app help so much that I don’t even have to go to the gym. I simply wake up do this exercise that make me feel so tired yet strong then I head out to school. It honestly take my mind off everything other than moving my body and you should definitely download it

It’s a really nice app at first, and I genuinely liked the workouts. After answering the questions, you’re given a timeline showing when you’ll reach your goal, which made it feel like you were committing to a full challenge. But once I reached day 4, I was suddenly required to pay to continue. That was never clearly explained upfront and honestly felt misleading. It’s frustrating to get motivated and invested, only to be blocked from continuing. This should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Now I’m left unable to finish the journey, even though I was enjoying the program.

I love this app. I’m at day 8, and still making progress. I have some feedback, and though. When beginning my workout, I noticed it has very hard poses to do. I cannot do the splits, but it’s showing me workouts with the splits. A good feature would be a tab or button you can click if the activity is too hard, maybe replacing the activity with another one. I would just find a different workout, but it’s only two stretches in the workout, so I’m not giving up yet.

Why do you ask if we have problems with certain parts of our bodies if you don’t change the exercises to accommodate them? I marked that I have knee problems, but consistently receive exercises that require me to either be on my knees or to place additional strain on them. If you ask about potential problems, can you at least change the exercises to work with them, or at least suggest possible alternatives? Otherwise, don’t ask, so I don’t expect that there will be exercises that fit my specific needs.
