I won 15 free spins on the free game. When I try to go use those free spins, I could not find what game was eligible for the free spins. I’ve read the terms and conditions and it doesn’t answer any questions. I tried to contact customer service via the app, phone call, and email. Each one was unsuccessful. I called the phone number someone picked up and they continuously put me back on hold. Without saying a word. I tried their email address and I was immediately blocked. I was on hold in the chat for two hours and there was only one person before me and I still never received help. The one time I did try to go deposit money into this app. I was unsuccessful because it said that I reached my limit, but I never made a deposit. Which I am happy that I didn’t because after seeing all of these reviews. Of people not receiving their winnings. And having to go through this with customer service. I would never use this app. And I would advise you not to use this app. It gives pure scam.

Unauthorized Bank Withdrawals

At first everything was okay, then I got a random withdrawal pending from my bank. It was $50. It was not in my “deposit” history (withdrawals from your bank) to the app. I did not spend it and was during time I had not used app. It did not show up on Apple subscriptions or in app balance. While I reported that and did not use app, a second $10 withdrawal happened from my bank today and not show up in the app or “deposit” history. So now they have made two unauthorized withdrawals from my bank that are going where? I dont know. There is zero history if them anywhere. I suspect there will be more. Google says this happens with this app so it does not seem secure and someone else gets your bank info or the app maker is stealing from you.Edit: Be aware they will steal money from you, WHICH wont show up in your app transactions, then they will close your account instead of helping you, and then send you legal paperwork for $10-$60 they stole fromyou and you had bank mark as fraudulent since their app wouldnt help you multiple calls other than saying theyll close account. They will request a police report for fraud and notarized paperwork. So they will steal your money, then take MORE of your money, AND much more hours of your time. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this app. The reviews about money theft are true and not exaggerated. Pretty ridiculous how thieves act.

You denied me all my bonus deposit money, after lying to me saying I would receive it in 48 hours. Then I talk to the customer service chat and they tell me to wait even longer? After that, I can’t even get customer service at all. Your free play doesn’t even work and you won’t fix it. This is probably the worst casino app I have ever used. I’ve played on every single one in PA, and this is by far the worst customer service you can find. It’s impossible to get a hold of them through their live chat, and they answer emails once every four days. They will happily take your deposit money, but if you want to withdraw you have to go through ten layers of verification. They will happily hold your money and not give you any answers on how to get it back. This has to be some type of scam, I don’t think they have any employees actually working. Everyone has the same complaint with customer support, so how can they possibly be busy. I’ve been waiting for my withdraw for over a week because of verification of my account, and I have sent them everything multiple times. The withdraw is for about 25% of the actual money I put into the account. Even losing money, they won’t give you anything back. AVOID THE HEADACHE AND USE A DIFFERENT APP!
