I absolutely love this workout regime. Not only is Amanda real, so are her workouts. She has realistic workouts for anybody and everybody. You’re a mom? She has postpartum workouts. Don’t have time for the gyms she has at home workouts also. Don’t know how to do that workout? She’s got videos demonstrating how to do it. Each week the workouts push you further but not to the point of being like “I can’t do this.” I will continue to keep using her programs.
