It was fairly easy to sign up and link my bank but I can see how for some people that aren’t tech savvy could run into issues due to graphics and ease of navigation. Could be simpler imo. I am happy I can buy tickets without leaving home. Overall good so far though. Hopefully more games will be added soon.

They make this so much of a hassle and they won’t let you link your bank account I tried to use cash app and it said to try another so when I put in my Chase account and other bank account they then told me I had six months before I can try again not understanding why a lottery app is running your credit score. When you go to a casino or ANY OTHER GAMBLING ESTABLISHMENT it does not want your credit score it feels like a form of discrimination kind of very uncomfortable like if I have money to play and want to buy numbers online shouldn’t be this big of a hassle so I shared this with people at my real estate about 20 of us just decided it’s not worth it and I got a whole big run instead of them just getting right to the point why Pavillion was not letting me add my bank so it’s not TENNESSEE LOTTERY ITS THE PAVILION and they will try to blame it on TENNESSEE LOTTERY so don’t let them lie to you if you run into this problem

Well, it just happened to me too. I have been using the app for a couple of months with no problem. I have $40 in my account and then one day my account just stopped working. The app says that there’s no longer an account with my email address. And my $40 is missing.I tried emailing them and they told me to do a password reset but that does because their app says that there’s no account associated with my email. I’ve got a dozen emails from them from when I bought tickets and when I had a couple of‘s of two dollar winners. So my account worked fine for months and then all of a sudden my account is missing and they took my $40 with no way to get it back or to get a hold of them.

Do not download this app. Tennessee lottery has been by a lot of residents about this out being a scam. You’re taking this out directly from the Tennessee Lottery website. We know a lot of people who have even tried to link their credible bank accounts. It will not let anybody link their bank account and will tell you to contact pavilion payments, but it keeps having you to input your Social Security number, which is a scam and fraudulent and can be stealing people identities. Every single person is told by pavilion payments to contact the Tennessee lottery and that you can’t try to submit another application with Pavilion for six months. Tennessee lottery tells you that it’s not them and it’s not on their end. Therefore, it’s a SCAM!!!!
