Purchased this automatic cat litter box, but I have been unable to use the app because the unit will not connect to either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. I have entered the correct Wi-Fi password multiple times, reset the device, restarted the setup process, and followed the instructions provided, but the connection consistently fails.A smart litter box relies heavily on app connectivity, so this issue makes many of its advertised features unusable. The setup process has been frustrating and time-consuming, and there appears to be no clear solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product unless the connectivity issues are resolved.

The litter box itself works well. Unfortunately, the app is rubbish. It worked great at first, but then it stopped sending notifications, so I don’t know how often my cat uses his box. Normally I would not care how often he goes, but the setting to make the box usable when the collection container is full is also broken. I’ve tried signing out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. No success. The app apparently hasn’t been updated since Noah wore short pants, so who knows what the deal is.

This app was awful to use! Unnecessarily difficult; the pictorials are useless, so why show them? The appliance was also so difficult to put together. The diagrams were useless!! I am hoping that it works. This is the second time I’ve purchased an item from Amazon and l am SOOO disappointed. I cannot recommend this product or this app. The price is crazy.. $289.. I should have known that an $80 off coupon spells a poorly designed product, therefore a poorly designed application. I’ve been cheated, and scammed!! Now I know why that $800 product is selling!!

Firmware update seems to have fixed past users issues. I was able to get right on with Bluetooth and setup of the app was simple. It’s a basic app and everything is straightforward.
